DivorceBureau.com.sg is committed to providing users with the necessary tools to prepare and generate their Deed of Separation. However, we disclaim any responsibility for the accuracy or content of documents generated through our platform. We are not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate data entry, false information, or any other circumstances. By clicking "Continue," you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions governing your use of DivorceBureau.com.sg.

Access to the online forms is only granted after payment has been successfully processed (confirmation sent via email). Upon having accessed the online forms, you acknowledge and agree that you have received the product and services in full, and that your payment is considered fully utilized. Therefore, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. You further understand that failure to complete the forms—whether due to an inability to understand or follow the instructions, lack of cooperation from your spouse, a change of mind, or any foreseeable or unforeseen personal circumstances, or any other reasons—does not constitute valid grounds for a refund or for claiming that you have not received the product or services provided by this portal.

DivorceBureau.com.sg is a Do-It-Yourself (DIY) online service that allows users to prepare their forms at their own convenience, 24/7. Users can take as much time as needed to complete the forms. However, once you confirm the draft document, the completed Deed of Separation will be sent to your registered email. You will then have up to 30 days from the confirmation date to make edits to the online form.

In order to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of our users, we will not engage with non-registered users. All communication from registered users must be conducted via email only.

Important Notice: By using our services, you acknowledge that no client-solicitor relationship is created between users of DivorceBureau.com.sg and our law firm. Should you require legal representation beyond the services provided by DivorceBureau, a Warrant to Act must be signed in person at our law firm before any further engagement.

Please be advised that all payments are considered final upon accessing our online services. As such, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
